ROOM DIVISON OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
is the generic term used by the hospitality industry to unite the coordinated efforts of the front office and housekeeping departments.
It comprises management of operations of various departments such as the front office, room reservations, housekeeping responsibilities, concierge division and guest services, communications and related services. Room division management pays close attention to guest satisfaction with respect to not just room cleanliness and upkeep but also the general services that a guest is able to avail after having checked in.
Here the student is expected to come up with appropriate plans to fix the current problems being faced by the hotel.
